Ace was found as a stray, and was probably born around late 1998. This 40-pound fellow can be very shy in certain situations and was undoubtedly abused. He is a very pretty boy that does fine with other dogs. His attitude has improved greatly since we've had him, and we think he'd make someone a great pet. We are looking for a special person that has the time and patience to socialize Ace and just give him the love he knows in his heart he wants, but is sometimes afraid to ask for. All this boy wants is someone to pet him and let him know that not all humans are going to treat him bad. What we want to see, is for Ace to become the king of a new forever home and have his eyes brighten and pant with a big smile.*** Considering his background (being abused), we do not recommend that Ace go to a home with small children.
